The client sought legal assistance with preparing and filing a lawsuit to recover damages caused by the contractor (performer) due to the latter’s systematic violation of the terms of the service agreement.
The court of first instance ruled in our favor. The claim was fully satisfied, awarding damages of approximately 10,000,000 (ten million) tenge, as well as legal costs for legal representation and the state fee.
The appellate court upheld the decision of the court of first instance. The court’s decision has entered into legal force.
