On 1 July 2021, the Administrative Procedure Code came into force in the Republic of Kazakhstan. Consequently, a new type of legal proceedings was introduced: administrative justice proceedings. Active practice in administrative justice cases enables the accumulation of knowledge and experience in this category of cases.
